DLA Piper assisted Berlin Packaging in the acquisition of Sarom and Romgallia

The international law firm DLA Piper assisted Berlin Packaging, the world’s largest hybrid packaging supplier, in the acquisition of the Romanian companies Sarom and Romgallia. The transaction marks a significant strategic step in Berlin Packaging’s continued expansion across the EMEA region and will complement its glass packaging portfolio.

The multidisciplinary team was led by Marian Dinu, Country Managing Partner, and Oana Duțu-Buzura, Partner, with the support of Sandra Cahu, Counsel.
