Dr. John J. Maalouf is the Senior Partner of the Wall Street law firm Maalouf Ashford & Talbot, LLP, and is a globally recognized expert in the fields of International Trade & Finance Law, International Arbitration & Litigation, Banking Law, Corporate Law, Business Law, Oil & Gas Law, Maritime & Shipping Law, Mining Law, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions.
